Terms and conditions

Delivery charges:- For addresses in England and for items in stock please allow 14 days for delivery. On large pieces of furniture and heavy items delivery will be charged at £35 plus VAT and please allow 14-28 days delivery. ( Please confirm delivery on time of placing the order). Smaller items will be charged for postage and packing depending on weight of package. Please enquire on placing order.
Items can be collected from our warehouses. Please confirm details of opening times with us on placing the order.

Non-stock items can be ordered and there can be a 10-12 week delivery time from date of order.

All customers will be treated on a pro-forma basis until a credit account is applied for and approved by the Company.

Payment should be made either by personal cheque to " Mao & Me Ltd" or by cash on receipt of goods (at the warehouse) or by bank credit. Orders paid for by personal cheque will be despatched once the cheque has cleared (usually 4-5 working days). You may also pay by sterling cheque drawn on a UK high street bank. Cheques should be made payable to "Mao & Me Ltd".

We hope you will be entirely satisfied with the products. But if you are not entirely satisfied, provided you notify us within 3 days and return the goods within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging and in perfect condition, you will be entitled to a refund or replacement where possible. Heavy goods can be taken away within 28 days from notifying us of any fault. We guarantee to refund or replace faulty items, and we will refund any shipping charges incurred in returning any faulty merchandise, on condition that you have contacted us prior to returning the faulty item to obtain shipping instructions. We will not pay for return shipping unless the item is faulty. Items returned for any other reason other than faulty merchandise must be returned with all original packaging and labels intact. Please take care so as to preserve the original packaging. This is in addition to your statutory rights We advise you to return the items via a traceable service. Under current EU regulations, you have the right to cancel your order in any case within seven days of creating the contract with Mao & Me Ltd, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel your order before the goods are despatched, your money will be refunded immediately. If you cancel your order after receipt of goods, your money will be refunded after you have returned the goods in new, unused and resaleable condition to Mao & Me Ltd. This will normally happen within 1 day of receipt, but in any case will take place within the 30 days permitted by law.

Complaints Procedure
Please contact us by any of the following means. The office is usually staffed 7 days a week between 9am and 6PM. At all other times you will be able to leave a voicemail message. Occasionally, you may be asked to leave a message during the hours stated above. If this happens, your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity.
